All you have to do is attend one training to become a certified Ensign of Democracy Guard Ensigns commit to daily and weekly practices .

AN ENSIGN'S DUTIES

• Find a Mentor Someone you trust and look up to. (Ask Democracy Guard Chief Officers for more suggestions on where to find mentors.)
• Set Personal Goals, With the help of your mentor.
• Weekly Physical Fitness Check our website for fitness suggestions or design a fitness program of your own.
• Get Informed Have a Perspective on What's going On. Keep up with national and local news.
• Be Ready for Action Never stand down, when its time to stand up for what you believes in. You must be the change that you want to see in the world.
